Project developed for the chef Javier Aranda during the COVID-21 pandemic, which seeks to integrate the creative processes of service design and design thinking through a holistic vision to redefine a new, innovative and much more enriching and complete experience for the diner. An integral experience, typical of avant-garde cuisine.
A new gastronomic service was created in accordance with the social situation, which prolongs the customer's experience, extending its value beyond the mere activity as a diner.
At the same time, it was complemented, boosting national sectors dependent on this industry that were weakened by the situation they were going through (livestock farmers, farmers, producers...).
