Pilot project developed for the A.F.Militino dental clinic, which seeks to integrate the creative processes of service design and design thinking through a holistic vision that redefines the experience of patients with dental anxiety/fear through an immersive experience in the clinic itself.
The key to this proposal focuses on the creation of healthcare spaces that focus on the needs of the patient and not just those of the professionals who work in them. Through the use of new technologies, in combination with elements that simulate natural landscapes, it encourages the creation of new, less aggressive spaces, easier and less painful treatments and, ultimately, happier patients.
