Inclusive Service Design Event (ISDE) is an event focused on addressing different social discriminations suffered by people with disabilities and how to improve their experience. It is an event aimed at architects and designers. The first edition is focused on visual impairment and how Service Design can improve accessibility in enclosed spaces.
A special kit was designed for the occasion to make attendees empathize with the limited public, it was a modular glasses that allowed to experience the different visual problems and the catering was served "in the dark" to live the full experience.
